FAQs

DO YOU CATER TO FOOD ALLERGIES?

Here at Beatriz Bakery, we believe that everyone deserves to celebrate and offer many gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan products. Please note that all equipment is fully sanitized per order, but cross-contamination can still occur. If your food allergy is not listed here, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do!

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AND TRAVEL HOME WITH THE ORDER VIA BIKE/SCOOTER/MOTORCYCLE/BUS?

We highly do not recommend traveling with any products in any manner other than a vehicle. Cakes, cupcakes, and macarons should be air-conditioned and on a flat surface (such as the floor of a car) during travel. Beatriz Bakery is not liable for damage once products have been delivered or picked up.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

Signature items require a minimum of 1 week notice and all custom orders require a minimum of 2 week notice prior to the pickup/delivery date.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITH LESS THAN 1 WEEK NOTICE?

To inquire, please Contact Us. A rush fee of 30 shekels will be required. We do not accept orders with less than 72 hours notice.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

We’re so sorry to hear! Please review our Cancellation Policy.
