Pick up and carry the cake box from the bottom only, never from the top or sides.

 

Keep the cake level at all times - during transport, refrigeration, and display.

 

Transport the cake in an air conditioned car by placing the cake box on the car floor, never on the seat. Drive carefully and slowly, avoiding any sudden stops or turns.

 

Store cake in the box in the refrigerator. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat when not refrigerated.

 

Remove cake from refrigerator to display for 30 - 90 minutes before serving and serve at room temperature.

 

Remove all cake decorations before cutting and serving.

 

Store leftover cake in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
